CPI has engaged in the development of proprietary software to screen customers, products and markets on importance, net contribution and future potential.
This tools allows to upload information from accounting and ERP systems and to visualize commercial performance on business-unit, sales-region and product level and to identify improvement potential.
The system can also be used to develop detailed account plans and can be turned into an advanced CRM application.
