Following studies in business, marketing, management and organizational development, Patrick served as a consultant on transformation projects for companies such as KBC, Domo, ING, Neuhaus, Iveco, VRT and dozens of other companies. In 2005 he decided to establish CPI Commercial Performance Improvement. Patrick acts as a guest speaker on commercial dynamics and serves as a member of the advisory board of various companies. |

Jannick Raman joined the CPI team after studying sports management, general management and communication. He heads the CPI project office, that conducts market research, commercial data analysis and sets up CRM, websites and related tools to improve commercial performance. |

Edwin Mincke is associate partner and has an extensive experience in sales and marketing. After completing studies in clinical chemistry, marketing, business management and after obtaining an MBA at the Kellog School of Management, Edwin worked in the chemical, water treatment and pharmaceutical industries in which he held business management positions. He has an extensive experience in developing international export strategies and setting up large distribution networks. Edwin also acts as the CPI specialist supporting European companies and brands to build significant market positions in the Chinese market. |

Rudi Goris is associate partner and has worked in the insurance and advertising sectors for more than 20 years as a marketing director, business process manager and strategy consultant. Rudi studied political science, management, publicity and communication. He focuses on business and marketing planning, portfolio management, publicity and communication, and positioning products and services. |

Johan De Mey is specialist in business and profit planning in addition to his activities as an auditor. He developed the FinPlanAct model, which visualises cash flows, business plans and balance sheets in such a way that it allows to make better strategic and managerial decisions. |

He worked as a business manager for Credit Agricole and as a Financial Director for Ethias Bank.
