CPI has great faith in organisations and people that are capable of managing themselves. Inspiring, motivating and developing managers, marketeers, sales people and customer service teams is an essential part of our role as external advisors.
 
We seek to encourage staff and managers to view our interventions as an opportunity for self-development and personal growth and will do whatever we can to identify and cultivate hidden potentials in people and teams.
 
We believe that consulting must be productive, efficient, invigorating and inspiring.
 
Our consultants have all been trained in the specific CPI commercial performance improvement methodology and are often experienced general or business unit managers that chose to continue their career in the consulting industry.
